Gulliver's Travels

In Jonathan fasts satirical work, Gullivers Travels, brisk voices his opinion on many of the vices of the period which had become accepted. Gullivers expedition takes introduces him to the excessive pride, over enlightenment, and savageness of cultures other than England. Gulliver frazzle line lands upon the island of Lilliput. Their reaction to all of his attempts, however, is one of dismissal. He tells of their political system, which the Brobdingnagians say is ineffectual and corrupt. He demonstrates the power of gun pulverize which turns out to be a disaster when it blows up the parry of the Queen. They react to this with evil that one could use this as a weapon on other people.
